Description
Load disconnect switch adopts modular design and is suitable for connecting and disconnecting circuits or for electrical isolation, above 1000A is only used for electrical isolation.
The switch adopts a spring accumulator, instantaneous release accelerating closing mechanism and parallel double-break contact structure for simultaneous connection and disconnection, which greatly improves the electrical and mechanical properties of the product.
The switches are made of glass fibre reinforced unsaturated polyester moulded plastic and manual operating handle, which have high dielectric properties, protection capability and reliable operating safety.
The switches are available in 3-pole and 4-pole versions (3-pole + neutral).
The front side of the switch is equipped with a marking window to indicate the on/off state of the contacts, and a rear observation window is available on request for direct observation of the on/off state of the contacts, ensuring reliable and safe operation of the switch.
The handle can be directly mounted on the switch for operation (referred to as in-cabinet operation), and can also be operated outside the distribution cabinet door (referred to as out-of-cabinet operation) through the extension shaft, providing convenient operation.
Normally open and normally closed auxiliary contacts and the installation of a special base plate with front and rear wiring can be provided as required to meet the various needs of customers.
In the breaking position ‘0’, two to three locks can be used to lock the handle to prevent misoperation.
