Description
The LJM1 series AC Molded Case Circuit Breaker is one of the new types of circuit breakers developed by our company by adopting international advanced design and manufacturing technologies. Its rated insulation voltage is 1000V(250~1250 type), and it is suitable for use in circuits with an AC frequency of 50Hz, a rated working voltage of 690V or less, and a rated working current up to 1250A for infrequent conversion and infrequent starting of motors. Circuit breakers have overload, short-circuit and under-voltage protection functions, which can protect lines and power equipment from damage.
AC MCCBs comply with the IEC60947 standard and are classified into three types based on their rated ultimate short-circuit breaking capacity (Icu): L type (standard type), M type (higher breaking capacity type), and H type (higher breaking capacity type). This circuit breaker features a compact size, high breaking capacity, short arc flight (some specifications have zero arc flight), and anti-vibration properties. It is an ideal product for use on land and on ships.
This circuit breaker can be installed vertically or horizontally. This circuit breaker cannot be connected in reverse. This circuit breaker has an isolation function.
ApplicationsThe LJ AC MCCB is applicable to low-voltage power distribution scenarios such as building power distribution, industrial power distribution, and data centers. Integrated into the control cabinets of machine tools, conveyor belts and other equipment, it provides overload and undervoltage protection for motors such as water pumps and fans, avoiding equipment damage caused by frequent starts and stops. It is also used in photovoltaic, wind power systems, rail transit and other new energy and infrastructure scenarios.
