Description
Miniature Circuit Breakers (MCBs) ensure electrical safety in homes, offices and other buildings, as well as in industrial applications, by protecting electrical installations from overloads and short circuits. Once a fault is detected, the MCB automatically cuts off the circuit to prevent damage to electrical wiring and to avoid the risk of fire.
The MCB is equipped with two tripping mechanisms: a time-delayed thermal tripping mechanism for overload protection and a magnetic tripping mechanism for short circuit protection.
