The 3 series surge arrester (referred to as SPD) is suitable for AC 50/60Hz, 385V/380V and below TN‑S, TN‑C‑S, TT, IT and other power supply systems. Its design basis complies with IEC61643‑1. The housing is designed and installed on 35mm electrical rails. This product is equipped with an internal failure disconnection device. When the surge protector fails due to overcurrent, overheating and breakdown, the failure disconnection device can automatically disconnect it from the power grid. At the same time, the visual alarm indication module changes from green (normal) to red (fault), and the module can be replaced when there is working voltage.
ApplicationsThe 3 series surge arresters are suitable for B and C class lightning protection and are used for equipotential bonding during lightning strikes. They are typically installed in household distribution boxes, computer centers, telecommunications rooms, elevator control rooms, frequency conversion equipment control rooms, hospital operating rooms, intensive care units, and distribution boxes in places equipped with electronic medical devices. For decentralized villas, SPDs should be installed in household distribution boxes.
