Pre-Sales Service

Technical advice:
Provide free advice on product selection and circuit design optimization for different scenarios (e.g. industrial power distribution, new energy systems).
Support IEC/GB/UL standard interpretation to help customers meet local regulations and certification requirements.
Customized solutions:
Customize the product portfolio of circuit breakers and ATS according to the customer’s voltage level (e.g. 400V/690V), breaking capacity (e.g. 36kA/50kA) and other parameters.
Samples and Testing:
Quickly respond to sample requests and support third-party labs with short-circuit and temperature rise tests to verify performance.

During-Sales Service

Order Management:
Dedicated account manager to track order status and update production progress in real time (e.g. mold development, assembly QC).
Support MOQ 1-unit ordering, flexible response to urgent needs.
Logistics and Customs clearance:
Integrate global logistics resources and provide trade terms such as DDP/DAP to ensure on-time delivery to destination ports/warehouses.
Assist in handling customs documents (e.g. CE certificate, certificate of origin).
Technical Training:
Provide on-site guidance to engineering teams on product installation and commissioning, or demonstrate operational points through online meetings.

After-Sales Service

Warranty & Repair:
Provides a 12-24 month worldwide warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
Responds to fault declarations within 48 hours with repair/replacement options (e.g., circuit breaker striker replacement).
